All student medical records must be up to date in Magnus Health.
Students may not attend classes or participate in any activities without having their yearly medical forms and updated immunization record submitted in Magnus. There are no exceptions. Click here to access Magnus Health by logging in to your Veracross Portal.
Student & Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements

Per NYC regulations, all faculty and staff must be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.

Per our athletic league policies, all students eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine who wish to participate in interscholastic athletics (competing in team sports against other schools) must be up to date in their COVID-19 vaccination series.
Submit Student COVID-19 Vaccination Status in Magnus Health
Once an eligible student has completed their COVID-19 vaccination, please share their vaccine card with the school via Magnus Health. The card must first be saved to your device as a picture or PDF file. To access Magnus Health, parents can log in to their Veracross Portal at bayridgeprep.org/portal, click “Magnus Health” and then follow these steps:

Click “Complete Now” next to the student’s name

Answer “Yes” to the first question, “Has your child received the COVID-19 vaccine?”

Click “Yes, Submit”

Click “Upload”

Click “Choose File” and select the vaccine document saved to your device
