Nieci applied for a position at Bay Ridge Prep on a whim when she was looking for a career shift and said she is so happy she did.“

The school really does have the dynamic of a family,” she said. “I’m sometimes overwhelmed by the support you receive from the people working around you.”

Nieci also has a background in fashion which has including styling and writing. Her skills have proven to be quite handy in coming up with creative ways to do things and helping with photo shoots for the school.
