Stefanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology from Ithaca College and her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from CUNY Lehman College. Her clinical experience includes evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with deficits in the areas of receptive and expressive language, phonology, articulation, motor speech, pragmatic language, fluency, literacy, auditory processing, and executive functioning.

 

In addition to her role as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Stefanie has served as a clinical supervisor for SLPs working to obtain certification. Stefanie upholds a certification in DIRFloortime, a relationship-based intervention model for children with educational, social-emotional, mental health, and/or developmental challenges. She is also trained in the Orton Gillingham Approach, a multisensory method for teaching reading and language skills that is especially beneficial for students with dyslexia.
