Daniel has been on the faculty at Bay Ridge Prep since its founding in 1998. After graduating with honors from New York University, he went on to earn his Masters and Professional Diplomas from Fordham University. Daniel loves to inspire students to become global citizens, critical thinkers, and outstanding performers. He considers every literature, history, and music class to be a journey in self-discovery. Besides conducting the jazz ensemble, Daniel is the advisor for the National Honor Society, helping our finest students to become leaders and advocates for change. In his personal life, Daniel is a 6th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, past marathon runner, and an accomplished musician who is studying upright bass. He loves learning about world religions, global issues, and foreign affairs. He used to enjoy international travel, but these days, he fully appreciates stay-cations with his wife and two lovely boys. He feels very blessed to be part of the Bay Ridge Prep faculty and family.
