Michele was born and raised in New York City. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. John’s University. She then went on to obtain a Masters in School Psychology and a Masters in Educational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She obtained fieldwork experience at the Sacred Heart School and internship experience at Woodmere Middle School. Prior to her role here at Bay Ridge Prep, she tutored and created lesson plans at a
tutoring company that serves predominantly students of color and immigrant families. She is passionate about creating a safe space for people of all backgrounds and advocating for mental health awareness and services for minority populations.


In Michele’s spare time, she enjoys spending as much time with family and friends as possible. She loves to take part in all art-related activities including painting, embroidery, photography, and visiting museums. She also loves experimenting with recipes and trying new restaurants.
